Artwork delivered and mounted

We successfully managed the packing, collection, and importation of artwork from a gallery in New York to our client in the UK.

Our team encountered no issues throughout the process. We sent a two-person crew to the client's property to deliver the artwork. Upon arrival, the client's housekeeper greeted us and politely asked if we could unpack and mount the artwork for the owner.

This was not part of our job description, but we are a flexible team. Luckily, we had some tools in our van and could purchase the rest from a local hardware store. Before proceeding with the mounting process, we contacted the owner for their final instructions on how and where they wanted the artwork mounted. We explained that we needed to grab more equipment to complete the job.

Our crew then searched for a local hardware store to purchase the necessary tools and fittings. We found a store approximately 30 minutes from the client's house and returned to mount the artwork as instructed within two hours. Despite taking longer than expected, we were pleased with the outcome of the job.
